THE QUALITY POLICY
It is the policy of the company to maintain a quality system designed to meet the requirements of ISO9001:2008 in pursuit of its primary objectives. Two of our key aims are to deliver a quality product to our customer in a timely manner.
The company’s Quality Manual defines our quality objectives and key procedures.
Customer service is an essential part of the quality process and to ensure this is fulfilled, all employees receive training to ensure awareness and understanding of quality and its impact on customer service.
To ensure the company maintains its awareness for continuous improvement, the quality system is regularly reviewed and is subject to annual audit.
The requirements of the company’s quality system are mandatory and all company personnel have a responsibility and obligation to it.

The United Kingdom Accreditation Service is the sole national accreditation body recognised by government to assess, against internationally agreed standards, organisations that provide certification, testing, inspection and calibration services.
Accreditation by UKAS demonstrates the competence, impartiality and performance capability of these evaluators. UKAS is a non-profit-distributing private company, limited by guarantee. UKAS is independent of Government but is appointed as the national accreditation body by the Accreditation Regulations 2009 (SI No 3155/2009) and operates under a Memorandum of Understanding with the Government through the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills.
